Welcome to Absolute Dance!

Absolute Dance is a dance studio in the Hampton Roads Area. We bring 26 combined years of professional dance instruction to our studio and we offer classes in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical and hip-hop. We are the only studio in Hampton Roads offering Mommy & Me Ballet classes. For a high energy workout, we offer Zumba classes as well!
